Most items sold on jerseyprintlab.com are custom‑made products. Custom‑produced items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are manufacturing defects, printing mistakes or shipping damage caused by us.

How To Request A Return

Please submit a support ticket via our contact email to obtain authorized return address. Do not send returns without prior authorization, packages without authorization will not be processed.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, except for errors or defects caused by our side.

Refund Timeline

• Custom‑made jerseys where you provided name, number or design content, without production defects
• Items damaged by improper washing, wear‑and‑tear after receiving goods
• Orders placed with wrong sizes or wrong custom information entered by customers
